Very big, comfortable rooms. The breakfast is excellent. My only real complaint is that it is impossible to take a shower and not get the floor wet which wouldn't be a big deal but the maid never made up our room for the 5 days we were there.
Great stay. Front desk was very accommodating. Warren, Alana and one other gentlemen made our stay very comfortable. Cheers to the front desk!!
Excellent, we loved everything. Fast and accurate attention. The spacious and clean rooms. The facilities are good. These last few days for personal reasons I have stayed in several hotels with my family and this was really the best in everything. Well, follow the line of the marriotts..
I never got the name of the man at the desk who works in the evenings, but he was so calm and kind and he made our very stressful and exhausting travel experience prior to getting the hotel feel like it was no big deal. Our plane was delayed 3 hours and then it took 4 hours (from 2 AM-6AM) for Avis to get us a rental car, and then an hour to get to LI from LaGuardia. We were extremely late for check-in and I was worried they would have cancelled our reservation. Thankfully, checking in was the easiest part of my whole trip. He was sweet enough to give my kiddos coloring books and markers, too. The hotel was clean, beds were very comfortable, breakfast was good. I’d definitely stay here again.
Decent and clean hotel but slightly overpriced. The interior is new and seems recently renovated, decent free breakfast, free parking and wifi. There is no pool. The pullout couch mattress in our room was old and uncomfortable but the bed was good. Would recommend in a pinch or if you're heading out further east and want to save some cash.
Nice stay, reasonable prices. I like the style of the rooms. Breakfast was decent also with both hot and cold items.
Stayed at this location with my wife. There was an exceptional young man who greets you as soon as you walk in. His name is Daniel and his smile makes you feel like you are with family. Really a cool young man. This guy Daniel needs a raise and promotion. Thanks for making my experience a great one.
